  Chairul Tanjung is a successful businessman in Indonesia. He is a successful businessman and CEO of CT Corp. His name is ranked 937 of the 1000 richest people in the world according to Forbes magazine with a total wealth of USD 1 billion. In 2014, he had a fortune of USD 4 billion and was among the 375 richest people in the world. Chairul Tanjung was born in Jakarta on June 16, 1962. His father, Abdul Ghafar Tanjung, originally from Sibolga, North Sumatra, was a journalist in the old order who published a small newspaper. His mother named Halimah, a woman of Cibadak descent, West Java. Chairul Tanjung is in a modest family and lives with six other siblings. Chaerul Tanjung attended Van Lith Elementary School, Jakarta in 1975. Then continued his studies at Van Lith Junior High School, Jakarta in 1978, then continued to a higher level at Boedi Oetomo 1 High School, Jakarta in 1981, then continued his studies at the Faculty Dentistry, University of Indonesia in 1987, then at Executive IPPM in 1993. To meet the needs of college, Chairul Tanjung sells stencils, books, and photocopy services on campus. He also founded a figure who sold special medical equipment and laboratories in Senen, Central Jakarta, but the store went bankrupt. Chairul Tanjung is an exemplary child with proof he managed to get an award as a National Exemplary Student in 1984-1985.

  The reason I chose Chairul Tanjung is because he is a successful businessman in his field, he is a socialite who owns Trans Studio Bandung. He is also a devout figure who worship, serve parents, and never give up in his life, until he is successful.
